All Lamar CISD graduation ceremonies will be held at the Merrell Center in Katy, Texas. To ensure visitor safety, along with quick and efficient entry into event venues, Katy ISD has instituted a Clear Bag Regulation. This will limit the size and type of bag allowed in the Merrell Center at the LCISD graduation ceremonies.
While Katy ISD encourages visitors not to bring bags if possible, the following types of bags are permissible:
• Clear, plastic, vinyl or PVC bags
• Clear, plastic, one-gallon, re-sealable, Ziploc-style bags
• Clutch bags approximately the size of a hand (4 ½” X 6 ½”)
• Medically necessary items (Visitors with medical items or equipment can enter any main facility entrance to have bags and equipment screened before admittance)
Visitors who bring bags that do not meet the criteria outlined, will not be permitted entrance into the venue.
Toda ceremonia de graduación de Lamar CISD se llevará a cabo en el Centro Merrell de Katy, Texas. Para garantizar la seguridad de los visitantes, y agilizar una entrada eficiente y rápida, Katy ISD ha puesto en efecto el reglamento de bolso(a) transparente “Clear Bag”. El reglamento elimina el tamaño y el tipo de “bolso o cartera de mano” que se permite llevar al Centro Merrell para las ceremonias de graduación de Lamar CISD.
Katy ISD sugiere a los visitantes a no traer bolsos; sin embargo, si los trae, entrarán en vigor los siguientes reglamentos:
• Bolsos o cartera de mano transparente de plástico, vinil o PVC.
• Bolsa transparente, de plástico, de un galón, con cierre hermético, estilo “Ziploc”
• Cartera o bolsa del tamaño de la mano de aproximadamente (4 ½ "X 6 ½")
• Artículos necesarios por razones médicas (los visitantes con artículos o equipos médicos pueden ingresar por la entrada principal de las instalaciones para realizar revisión de bolsas y equipo antes de la entrada).
