We hope that you will be able to sign up to participate in our 2nd annual Fun Run on February 11th beginning at 8:00 am in the Austin Elementary School Parking lot. You must sign up by January 27th to be guaranteed a T-shirt. There is an online link to register below or you can contact Nicci Byrd for more information. The event is sponsored by our PTO and the proceeds go back to the students at Austin Elementary.
On Thursday we will be taking the entire school to Lamar High school to attend their musical, School House Rock. We will be loading buses about 8:30. The program will be starting around 9:00 am in the Lamar High School auditorium. The performance last about an hour and fifteen minutes so the lunch schedule may have to be modified. Please make sure that you have signed your child’s permission slip to attend.
