Lamar Consolidated High School senior Rachel Tankersley received the Texas Technology Student Association (TSA) Scholarship April 12 at the TSA State Contest in Waco.
This is considered one of the highest honors in Texas for TSA members, with only five graduating seniors chosen for this $1,500 award.
Rachel will attend Texas A&M in the fall to study mechanical engineering.
