Campbell Elementary 3rd-grader Sarah Austin will play the role of Ivanka in the national tour of the Tony Award-winning musical “Once.”
Sarah, who was chosen for the role after auditioning in New York City, will perform across the United States for 8 months, followed by a tour of Canada. Sarah makes her debut Dec. 23 in Dallas.
Sarah's parents are Lamar CISD music teachers Mark (Bowie Elementary) and Sue Austin (Campbell Elementary).
