Foster High School senior wide receiver CeeDee Lamb is the Houston Touchdown Club’s Offensive Player of the Year for 2016.
Foster High’s Garrett Grammer was a finalist for Defensive Player of the Year and Shaun McDowell, Foster’s Head Football Coach, was a finalist for Coach of the Year.
Lamb received the award Wednesday night the Touchdown Club’s Annual High School Awards dinner.
