Important information:

8/21- Football equipment pickup- after orientation – approx. (5:30pm in Big GYM)

Athletes will try on all equipment and receive athletic locker.  Please turn in physical at this time if you have not already done so.

8/27- First day of school- NO PRACTICE

8/28- 7^th grade (AM) practice- 8^th (PM) practice

*Physicals must be on file before athletes can participate*

Practice Information

7^th grade practice will be held in the mornings at 7am.  Parents need to drop their athletes off in the back of the school on the bus porch.  7^th grade athletes will go home on the bus every day except game days.  On game days, there will be no morning practices and athletes will report to gym once 8^th period is over.  Itineraries and other information will be sent home with athletes prior to scheduled games. 

8^th grade practice will be held after school from 7^th period (3:00pm) until 4:45pm.  Parents need to pick their athletes up in the back of the school on the bus porch.

Equipment

The only equipment that an athlete will be responsible for is their athletic clothes and cleats. 

Teams

Reading JH will be fielding 3 teams each for 7^th and 8^th grade.  (Black, Maroon, and White)
