Dr. Williams announces the top 10% of the graduating Class of 2020. This graduating class has had many obstacles to overcome since they started down their educational road. However, they never let anything derail them from their focus on graduation. The LCHS class of 2020 is full of outstanding students that have risen above and beyond. So far this year the class of 2020 has 3.5 million dollars in scholarships, 5 National Merit Scholars, 2 QuestBridge Scholars, and 2 National Hispanic Scholars. LCHS 2020 Salutatorian is Virginia Liu. She will be attending Rice University on a full scholarship where she plans on studying medicine. LCHS 2020 Valedictorian is George Koussa. He will be attending University of Texas in Austin on a $60,000 scholarship and plans on studying engineering.
