TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS Link to request transcripts
Transcripts may be requested by clicking on the above link. The district does not email personal copies of transcripts, therefore, arrangements must be made to pick up the transcript at Lamar Consolidated High School. If someone other than the student is picking up the transcript, that person must be named on the request.
Transcripts are electronically submitted to most colleges/universities in Texas. Out of state schools and some private schools in Texas require a paper copy. Foster will mail out official transcripts to these specific institutions. Official transcripts are not given to students or parents for colleges/universities.
Please allow 48 hours for transcripts to be ready. You will receive a confirmation email when transcript is ready for pickup and/or has been processed.
VERIFICATION OF ENROLLMENT
Verification of Enrollment requests are accepted at the Student Service Window. The student makes request on VOE request log with their name and ID number. After 24 hours the student may pick up their VOE at the Student Service Window. VOE’s issued during the regular school year are good for 30 days from the date printed on the form. VOE’s requested during the last 5 school days are good until the first day of school in August.
VOE requests are ready 24 hours after the request is received.
CHANGE OF STUDENT INFORMATION (Click here to view the Student Change Form.)
If you need to make any changes on your student’s information, please complete the form and return it to the Student Service Window. Any address changes must be accompanied by a current land-based utility bill for verification of residency. A copy of the parent’s driver’s license is also required. You may use this form to change the address, phone numbers, add to the emergency contact/pick up list, or to remove someone from the emergency contact/pick up list. Only parents or legal guardians can make these changes.
GUARDIANSHIP
Only a parent or legal guardian may enroll a student at Lamar Consolidated High School. To give temporary guardianship to another person, we will need the following:
- Homeowner (LCISD resident) - driver’s license with current address
- Current land based utility bill – gas, water, or electric (not over 30 days old) in homeowner’s name
- Parent - driver’s license
- Parent - current land based utility bill - gas, water, or electric (not over 30 days old)
- Homeowner and parent must have the following forms filled out and notarized at the school
- Affidavit of Bona Fide Lamar CISD Residence
- Power of Attorney Affidavit
INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
THESE FORMS AND DOCUMENTS WILL BE REQUIRED ON A YEARLY BASIS.
DUAL/CO-RESIDENCE AFFIDAVIT
If you are living in another person’s residence, we will need the following:
- Homeowner (LCISD resident) driver’s license with current address
- Current land based utility bill – gas, water, or electric (not over 30 days old) in homeowner’s name
- Parent driver’s license, must match the homeowners address
- Any document mailed to the parent at the homeowner’s address
- Homeowner and parent must have the following forms filled out and notarized at the school
- Affidavit of Bona Fide Lamar CISD Residence
- Parent Assurance of Dual Residency

THESE FORMS AND DOCUMENTS WILL BE REQUIRED ON A YEARLY BASIS.
TO WITHDRAW A STUDENT FROM LAMAR CONSOLIDATED HIGH SCHOOL:
If you know that you will not be returning to Lamar Consolidated High School please notify the Registrar room M100 as soon as possible so your paperwork can be prepared for you to take to the new school. Obtain from the Registrar's office a copy of a Withdrawal/Leaver document. The parent and/or legal guardian is required to sign paperwork and provide proper identification (government issued) in order to officially withdraw a student.
If there are any outstanding textbooks, equipment, fees and/or fines, the student must clear these prior to withdrawing.
