1.  Each athlete must have a complete athletic physical & Rank One forms on file by Friday, October 20, 2023. (**See Requirements Below**)
2.  Athletes must attend ALL days of tryouts; it is not a 1-day tryout. 
3.  Appropriate clothing will be expected (Leaman colors preferred - purple, black, white, or gray).   Athletic shirt, shorts, and athletic shoes are required. 
4.  Athletes making the basketball team will be notified on Thursday, October 26th.  A and B teams WILL NOT be announced until a later time.  

PHYSICAL INFORMATION:

REQUIREMENTS:  All students will need to complete the following, prior to being cleared for participation:
1- 2023-24 Pre-participation Physical Evaluation signed by a physician
2- ALL required online Rank One forms:  
    (Please note: Rank One forms are NOT the same as Skyward forms.)
